Heard is published and operated by Justin Lauinger as an individual. Justin is the sole public-v1 owner for support, moderation, privacy, safety, copyright, and accessibility intake. The email route is active and operated by Justin but is not staffed 24 hours a day. Creator publication must remain paused whenever required review or escalation coverage is unavailable.

Choose the right route

Account access and app problems

Email support@discoverheard.com with:

your Heard handle, if known;
what you expected, what happened, and when; and
your device, operating-system, and Heard app versions only when relevant.

Do not attach a screenshot, recording, or full device log unless Heard specifically requests it and you have confirmed that it contains no credential, private recording, or another person's sensitive information.

Never send your password, one-time code, access token, private key, or full device logs containing secrets.

Permanent account deletion

Use Settings → Account Actions → Delete account in the app or visit https://discoverheard.com/delete-account. The currently deployed fallback is https://api.discoverheard.com/delete-account.

If you cannot authenticate, email from the account address with Account deletion in the subject. Do not send your password. See the account-deletion explanation for timing and retained records.

Safety or Community Guidelines concern

Use the in-app reporting control when available or email support@discoverheard.com for a non-emergency concern. Creator publication remains disabled until content and account reporting is fully operational.

For a non-emergency safety concern, provide the creator handle, content identifier or title, approximate time, and a short explanation. Do not attach unlawful material or unnecessary personal information.

Heard support is not an emergency service and is not currently represented as staffed 24 hours a day. For immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For suspected child sexual exploitation, follow the Child Safety Standards and do not copy or forward suspected CSAM.

Copyright

Follow the Copyright and DMCA Policy. A valid DMCA notice must go to the designated agent and include the required statements. Registration DMCA-1079837 is active, and the Copyright Policy lists the exact registered contact. Use Copyright notice in the email subject so the message enters the designated process.

Privacy request

Email support@discoverheard.com with Privacy request in the subject and state the right you want to exercise. Heard will request only the information reasonably needed to verify and process the request.

Account deletion is available through the self-service routes above. Other access, export, authorized-agent, and privacy-appeal requests may be handled manually by email where no self-service control exists.

Accessibility feedback

Email support@discoverheard.com with Accessibility in the subject. Describe the page or app screen, assistive technology, browser/device, and barrier you encountered. Do not include disability or health information unless it is necessary for us to understand your request.

What happens after you contact us

Heard may acknowledge the message, request the minimum information reasonably necessary for verification, investigate, preserve relevant records, take product or policy action, or direct the matter to the appropriate restricted process. We may be unable to share private information, safety-sensitive details, security methods, or another person's account outcome.

Do not rely on a guaranteed response or resolution time unless the specific page or applicable law provides one. Internal service targets are not public guarantees. Urgent safety, legal preservation, and account-security issues may be prioritized.
